A&F Multifunction Bench

The A&F multi-functional bench allows for a complete full body strength training workout. It has accessories for leg work as well as adjustable bar supports for upper body and squats. The backrest is adjustable in 3 positions (inclined, flat, inclined) and the seat in two (flat and inclined). The bar supports are height adjustable between 98 and 140 cm. Includes leg attachment allowing training of the quadriceps and hamstrings. Made of steel and epoxy paint surface finish offers optimum resistance.
