The 22kg chrome handlebar takes you through intensive resistance sequences and gives you a real home gym feeling. Indoor cycling is perfect for weight reduction and a permanent fixture in any gym. With the Finnlo Speed CRS III, calorie burning, fitness training or preparation for the next cycling season is possible from home at any time. The resistance adjustment of the Finnlo Speed CRS III is done with a knob on the main frame. The knob can also be used as an emergency stop by pressing it for maximum safety and a quick stop of the flywheel. You have full control of the load and safety during your endurance training. The non-slip grips on the variable handlebar are comfortable and resistant to sweat even during the longest and most intense training sequences. You can easily clean the handlebar surface with a damp cloth after training. The practical two bottle holders have space for all common types of sports bottles.

The display of your training data is clear on the integrated LCD (display of: speed, time, distance travelled, cadence, number of calories burned and pulse). You can save the last 20 training units if necessary. A heart rate program ensures maximum safety during training by setting the upper pulse limit. If this upper limit is exceeded, you will automatically receive an acoustic signal. During intensive training sessions you should always monitor your training pulse. With the Finnlo Speed CRS III you have the possibility to measure your heart rate with an optional chest strap (not included). The receiver is already included so you can use your chest belt immediately.

The Finnlo Speed CRS III has particularly grippy and individually adjustable flat pedals for use with sports shoes. Whether it’s moderate cardiovascular training or speed sport training, sport pedals provide the best comfort, slip resistance and efficiency even during long training trips.
