The 1-meter O’LIVE Elastic band is an amazingly versatile tool for adding strength to flexibility, weight lifting and self-body weight training. Ideal for use as bending and backing assistance, all bands are 100% natural latex manufactured through a layering process to ensure long life. Six different widths provide its wide range of intensity.

Colours and intensities:
– Red: It is used to add resistance in flexibility exercises. Intensity between 2kg and 11Kg. Light intensity
– Black: Good choice for people under 65 kg of body weight, for general use and to add resistance in kneeling, stepping and sprinting exercises. The intensity is between 2.27 kg and 15 kg. Light intensity
– Yellow: For people between 60 and 90 kg of body weight, for general use and for push-up training. The intensity is between 4.65 kg and 22.68 kg. Average intensity
– Green: For beginners in bodyweight exercise, for expert athletes and for users over 90 kg. They are also useful for adding resistance to weighted lifts. The intensity is between 11.3 kg and 36.3 kg. Strong intensity
