ProForm Olympic XT Sport Strength Multifunction Bench

The ProForm Olympic XT Sport Strength multi-function bench offers guaranteed strength and stability. Allows 6 angles from inclined to declined backwards and downwards. The XT Olympic bench incorporates a preacher bench for biceps and leg extension. With the bench you can do lying and dumbbell exercises, or Steps exercises; while with the rack you can do squats or barbell lifts. The bar supports are simple but robust. The rack’s steel structure holds 140 kg and accepts both standard and Olympic bars. The height can be adjusted.
