The Singular WOD 20 kg Olympic bar is a fundamental part of your functional training, allowing you to incorporate key weightlifting exercises when looking to increase your muscle mass, strength and energy expenditure during training. Made of alloy steel, the Olympic bar is tested to withstand up to 680 kg (1,500 lbs), fluttering in accordance with the movement. Its grip zone has a diameter of 28 mm, meeting the standards imposed by the International Weightlifting Federation, and has a pressure-grinding system that allows a firm but soft grip. Its self-lubricating bronze bushing system prevents dirt from intervening in the rotation of the bars. In addition, they have needle bearings and grooved areas that ensure the rotation of the discs, regardless of the weight added, and the locking of the discs, respectively.
